Monumental accomplishments (at least for me:): Finished my MA! All my books (7818 as of last count) are tagged in Librarything!

So much has gone on since I last posted. In studying for my MA exams, finishing up papers, etc., I must have read at least a hundred books. Stay tuned for my next post, where I'll list all my readings and will talk about some of the highlights. I also managed to read some great fiction as well

Hi Debra, I did a search and with a few keystrokes found your book blog. I am not sure if you ever read your comments but thought i would try.

I just wanted to drop you a short hello note after all these years.

Wow, you have continued your furious reading pace and you wound up at Microsoft (top 1% so i am not surprised). More importantly, it appears you found family happiness and are rooted in Judaism (fabulous!). Your husband sounds like an ingenious, colorful, and driven guy with a real passion for life.

I want you to know that I feel fortunate that are paths crossed and am often reminded of your wonderful appreciation of humor, intelligence, and thoughtfulness. I also feel compelled to say I am sorry for any hurt I may have caused you when we knew each other and ask for your forgiveness!

These days, I am still not much of a reader, however, i love studying Torah (my favorite past time). I am married to my bashert (Deborah) with 2 kids (Jacob, 8 and Rebecca, 5). Jacob is cautious and sweet while Rebecca is a feisty Golda Meir with 1000's of adorable facial expressions. I work as a child and adolescent psychologist and love it.
